What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing on a variety of projects, including:
- Turning webinars and presentations into:
- Social media posts
- Short written summaries
- Email drafts
- Assisting with blog and LinkedIn content creation
- Updating and organizing marketing materials (slides, one-pagers, etc.)
- Supporting webinar setup and follow-up (lists, emails, logistics)
- Conducting light research on competitors and industry trends (with guidance)
- Helping prepare content and materials for events and campaigns
- How marketing works in a real B2B company
- How to turn complex ideas and data into clear, engaging content
- The basics of content marketing, email campaigns, and webinars
- How marketing supports sales and business growth
- Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (required)
- Studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable taking direction and asking questions
- Interested in learning how marketing works in the real world
- Experience with Canva, Google Docs, or social media content
- Interest in data, analytics, or business strategy
- You’ll work on real projects (not just busy work)
- You’ll build a portfolio of marketing content and materials
- You’ll get exposure to how a growing company approaches marketing
- You’ll gain practical experience you can use in future roles
