What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing customer information and ensuring service details are accurately recorded
- Coordinating with vendors for parts and pricing quotes
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Supporting daily operations and assisting with leadership responsibilities as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Following all safety protocols and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, outgoing attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate!
