Key Responsibilities

Apply RG sealant to plastic automotive components according to work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards

Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and placement of sealant on parts

Inspect sealed components for defects such as gaps, air bubbles, excess material, or contamination

Perform visual and manual quality checks before parts move to the next process

Follow standardized work, process sheets, and quality alerts

Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and safety requirements
-
Operate basic hand tools, sealant equipment, and fixtures as required
-
Identify and report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or abnormal conditions to team leaders or supervisors
-
Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
-
Comply with all Chiyoda USA Corporation policies, safety procedures, and Subaru customer requirements

Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous manufacturing or automotive production experience preferred (sealant or finishing experience a plus)

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards

Strong attention to detail and quality awareness

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices
