Position: Home Service Sales Advisor
Pay: Commission-Based — Earn $60,000 to $100,000 Annually

What You Will Do
- Visit homes to meet with customers who have requested estimates or service consultations
- Listen to the customer's needs, assess the situation, and present clear options
- Educate customers on their home's systems — build trust, not pressure
- Present service options and pricing transparently and confidently
- Close the sale and hand off to the technical team for execution
- Follow up on open estimates to bring jobs across the finish line
- Represent the Chivalry brand with professionalism and pride on every visit
- Work closely with the office team to coordinate scheduling and customer communication
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in in-home sales, field sales, or home services (1 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex things simply and clearly
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust quickly with homeowners
- Customer-first mindset — you help people make good decisions, not just buy things
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you track your numbers and push yourself
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and manner
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or HVAC is a plus — but not required. We will train the right person
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Field-based — you travel to customer homes in our service area (Nassau and Suffolk County, NY)
Compensation
- Commission-based — your income is directly tied to your performance
- Realistic first-year earnings: $60,000 to $80,000
- Top performers earn $100,000
- Paid training period while you ramp up
