Senior Attorney – Family Law

Chisolm Trimble & Associates is seeking a results-driven Senior Attorney with strong experience in family law litigation. This is a leadership role for an attorney who can manage cases from start to finish, lead a team, and deliver efficient, high-quality results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-volume family law caseload (divorce, custody, support, legitimation)
- Handle cases from intake through final resolution
- Lead litigation strategy, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior attorneys
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Meet and exceed 33 billable hours per week
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Georgia Attorney
- 5 years of family law experience
- Proven ability to independently manage cases start to finish
- Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
- Organized, efficient, and client-focused
Performance & Flexibility
