**Our plumbing installers are paid commission based off the total revenue of the job being installed and hourly for any work done in addition to installing including running parts, holiday, pto, etc

Job Title: Plumbing Installer
Job Summary: Our installation plumbers are responsible for installs, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems. Common duties include soldering, digging, operating drain equipment and performing diagnostics all while delivering 100% customer service. This position reports to the Master Plumber and is a safety sensitive position.
Job Duties:
- Installing new systems and performing routine maintenance on existing plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems
- Be proficient in company sales process
- Meet or exceed minimum sales KPI’s set by company
- Communicate and relay information to customers adequately
- Safely operate sewer equipment and other tools needed for plumbing repairs
- Work as a team with other plumbers on job sites
- Fill out paperwork and submit to office on a timely basis
- Measure, list and gather material for needed repairs
- Provide training and guidance to apprentices
- Size and install water and sewer lines per code
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicles
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in plumbing

- Comfortable with commission based compensation
- Vast understanding of local codes
- Ability to size water, sewer, and gas lines

- Valid SC drivers license with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be able to read and write in English
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
- Ability to adapt to all environments including, but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to safely lift over 100 lbs
- Able to work overtime if needed
- Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl
- Able to work in a safety sensitive position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
