In this role, top producers may augment their base salary of $40,000 (based on experience) to achieve annual compensation of $105,000 . In addition to supporting you with leads, we provide full time hands on training with sales coaches that partner with other agencies. You get the comradery of multiple agencies and peers for a global interactive mentorship experience - we don't sit you in front of videos to learn, you get 100% live active support!

Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Generating insurance quotes.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required and prior Allstate preferred.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Be a fantastic presenter.
Prior Insurance Sales Experience.
Career minded vision.
Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
