As an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and leading clinical excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes in health status
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Developing and updating individualized care plans that promote residents’ independence and quality of life
- Supervising and supporting LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care
