What are the responsibilities and job description for the NAR in Training position at Chisholm Health Center?
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Attend and complete required CNA/NAR training classes
- Follow all infection control and safety guidelines
Required:
- Enrolled in or willing to enroll in NAR/CNA training program
- Ability to pass background study
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for geriatric population
Preferred:
- Previous caregiving, hospitality, or healthcare experience
