-
Help develop processes, tools, and workflows that increase speed, reliability, and modularity
-
Learn and apply CHIRP methodologies focused on fast iteration, domain expertise, and real-world problem solving
-
Support documentation, testing, quality checks, and cross-team communication
-
Bring new ideas, take ownership of tasks, and push projects forward with urgency and clarity
Required Qualifications:
-
Prior experience: 1–3 years of work experience or relevant hands-on project experience
-
Strong foundation in your discipline (engineering, software, operations, test, logistics, or related areas)
-
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and work with initiative
-
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve and speed matters
-
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to new technologies
-
Clear interest in autonomy, robotics, defense systems, or building real hardware/software that gets deployed
-
Some relevant experience (school projects, internships, research, or industry roles)
