Chirp is undergoing a major brand transformation and experiencing rapid growth. We're looking for an experienced, full-time Brand Copywriter to join our Creative Department and help us build a world-class wellness brand.
We need a talented wordsmith who is strategically minded, loves working with a multidisciplinary team, and understands how to connect great copy directly to performance results (ROAS).
You will be responsible for crafting compelling, brand-aligned content that captivates our audience, drives product engagement, and ultimately increases sales. Your writing will be featured across various digital and print channels, making your role vital in shaping our brand's voice and connecting with our consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising: Writing punchy, performance-driven copy for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Email & SMS Marketing: Developing strategic copy for complex email flows, promotional campaigns, and retention efforts.
Packaging & Promos: Crafting clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for product packaging, inserts, and physical promotional materials.
Web & UX Copy: Ensuring the voice on our website and in new product experiences is consistent, clear, and compelling.
Brand Voice Maintenance: Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and tone across all written communications, ensuring every message is on-brand and resonant with our target audience.
Proofreading and Editing: Edit and proofread all copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and accuracy before publication.
Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and competitor messaging to keep our content relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a consumer product goods (CPG) or direct-to-consumer (DTC) company.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Skills:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to write for different formats and platforms, adapting tone and style for each channel.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer psychology, and the art of storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
