Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

This position is based out of our office at the point of the mountain in Lehi, Utah. You will be a pivotal part of our already fantastic customer experience department as we seek to grow our company through new products and many new customers. Skills Needed:
- Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication including over email, text, phone, and direct messaging.
- Must possess be able to communicate with customers via social media channels such as FB and Instagram.
- Dedication towards solving problems by helping others in a pro-active, empathetic, and consistent manner.
- Ability and inclination to work in a team environment by demonstrating flexibility as tasks may change from day to day.
- Ability to think quickly and critically in making decisions. Must possess traits of a self-starter and a problem-solver.
- Preferred: prior experience working in either a customer service or inside sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Helping interested customers through their journey to purchase.
- Solving problems, processing returns, and answering questions in the “Chirp Voice”.
- Instilling confidence in our customers towards the Chirp brand and product line by demonstrating value.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tasks occasionally shifting depending on company and customer needs.
