What are the responsibilities and job description for the part‐time front desk receptionist position at Chiropractic?
We are seeking a part‐time (20-24 hrs) Front Desk / Medical Receptionist
- Greet and check in patients; manage intake forms
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm visits
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily logs
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
- Support providers with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth patient flow throughout each shift
- Help with medical billing and auditing (training will be provided)
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be fluent in the Spanish language and be ready to explain medical terms to patients.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‐paced clinic
- Computer proficiency (scheduling, email)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Strong professional writing skills is a plus.
- Prior medical office or chiropractic/acupuncture experience is a plus, but not required
We are a patient‐centered chiropractic and acupuncture clinic serving the Duarte/ Arcadia / Monrovia/Glendora/ Azusa area. Our practice focuses on musculoskeletal care, personal injury cases, and evidence‐based treatment. We value professionalism, clear communication, and a calm, welcoming environment for patients.
