Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems Management

  • Develop, implement, and refine office systems to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges
  • Ensure daily schedules are optimized for patient flow and minimal gaps

Patient Flow & Experience

  • Ensure patients are scheduled efficiently and consistently
  • Reduce cancellations/no-shows through strong systems and communication
  • Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and retention
  • Address patient concerns with professionalism and care

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Help implement and track marketing initiatives (social media, events, referrals)
  • Keep the team on track with internal marketing efforts and patient outreach
  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and community engagement activities
  • Track key metrics (new patients, retention, conversions)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or chiropractic setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to create and implement systems/processes
  • Comfortable holding a team accountable in a positive, professional way
  • Experience with scheduling software and basic reporting/metrics
  • Marketing or sales mindset is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
