Key Responsibilities
Operations & Systems Management
- Develop, implement, and refine office systems to improve efficiency and consistency
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges
- Ensure daily schedules are optimized for patient flow and minimal gaps
Patient Flow & Experience
- Ensure patients are scheduled efficiently and consistently
- Reduce cancellations/no-shows through strong systems and communication
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and retention
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and care
Marketing & Growth Support
- Help implement and track marketing initiatives (social media, events, referrals)
- Keep the team on track with internal marketing efforts and patient outreach
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and community engagement activities
- Track key metrics (new patients, retention, conversions)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or chiropractic setting preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to create and implement systems/processes
- Comfortable holding a team accountable in a positive, professional way
- Experience with scheduling software and basic reporting/metrics
- Marketing or sales mindset is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
