IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE !!!

Looking to fill this position sooner than later if you need two weeks to start, this is not for you, this position will include front desk and billing duties, which include but not limited to: Assisting front desk, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, working inactive patient lists, filing medical records, data entry in computer, insurance verification, collection, Must have good people and communication skills, have a friendly, outgoing personality. Must be computer & software literate, be a "team player", Good organizational and procedural skills are necessary, Must be on time and a steady & progressive learner with a STRONG work ethic!

Must have knowledge & experience of insurance, as it pertains to a medical office. Knowledge of insurance verification and co-pays
- Must have skills in accounts receivable, simple math & basic accounting principles.- Must have the skills of money collection from patients (cash, co pays, deductibles).- Strong and varied computer & software skills are highly preferred. Looking for a hard worker with a positive attitude. Looking for someone with a drive for excellence and who naturally likes helping people/patients. Looking for someone long-term, dependable, and who enjoys working and eager to grow with the practice. Strong Work ethics only!, must be willing to train on the job and be teachable..
