We are a growing chiropractic office dedicated to providing excellent patient care and maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Biller with experience in chiropractic billing, collections, and insurance follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and timely.
- Post payments after claim submission and reconcile patient accounts.
- Handle Workers’ Compensation billing and collections.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient and billing records in ChiroTouch EHR.
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure proper documentation and coding.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of chiropractic billing experience
- Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation billing and claim submission.
- Experience using ChiroTouch EHR
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Benefits:
