Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented while multitasking in a fast-paced environment with ease.
- Welcome and coordinate patients while creating an outstanding experience.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments. Requires excellent communication & people skills, keeping patients on track with recommended schedules. Must be comfortable building relationships and connecting with patients.
- Capture, track, follow up & schedule new patient leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns. System software and computer savvy.
- Strong money mindset with the ability to collect payments, assist with financial arrangements and close the deal.
- Assist patients with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Shockwave treatments.
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
Preferred Background
Customer service, hospitality, chiropractic, dental, medical, or wellness office experience.
Schedule
Office hours - Mornings 7:30 – 1:30; Afternoons 1:30 – 6:30 with half days on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay 19-25 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
