Job Summary
We are an established, patient focused chiropractic clinic looking for a motivated part time / short term or long term professional chiropractor to join our team. Our practice focuses on providing high quality care in a very friendly family oriented and positive professional environment, while helping patients improve their health and overall wellness.
Duties
- Perform patient evaluation and review medical records and imaging
- Asses posture , scan, and proper diagnosis of conditions with proper documentation using our Eclipse EHR software
- Provide chiropractic adjustments ( diversified, drop table, activator) plus Graston and ART techniques for soft tissue mobilization for acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualize treatment plans for patients and patient education
- Interpret medical imaging results and incorporate findings into diagnosis and treatment strategies. ( we prescribe and send out for Imaging )
- Educate patient on exercises, posture and lifestyle modifications
- Maintaining proper communication with front desk staff for proper scheduling for each patient based on their treatment plan
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
- Active Chiropractic License in Virginia.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
- Skilled in various therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy and other manual therapies.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly to patients.
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
* Dry needling skill or any additional certification/ techniques is a plus !
Hours and Compensation will be discussed in the interview session based on qualification and experience.
Flexible schedule / can be discussed if qualified for the position.
