As a Chiropractic Assistant at Chiropractic Health Partners, you will play an essential role in supporting our chiropractic team and enhancing patient experiences. Responsibilities
- Teach & guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises.
- Perform passive treatments prescribed by the chiropractor.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
- Educate patients about treatment plans and exercises as directed by the chiropractor.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist chiropractors in patient assessments and treatment procedures.
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Provide excellent patient service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care.
- Have a background in physical rehab therapy, personal training, or other relevant experience. People who have experience as a chiropractic assistant, pt tech, or personal trainer preferred.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise critical thinking and provide exceptional patient service and support.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with patient assessment techniques is a plus.
