Job Overview:
The Associate Chiropractor will be a key member of his/her assigned practice for this fast-paced, innovative growth company comprised of multiple chiropractic practice brands. The Chiropractor will work alongside Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, CCPAs and clinical support team members.
Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose and prescribe treatment plans for new patients
- Supervise the overall care and management of patients throughout their course of treatment
- Demonstrate constant communication between all members of the treatment team (doctors and CAs) regarding the status of each patient’s treatment/contraindications through written and verbal dialogue and proper use of treatment room flags
- Record objective findings, document all modalities performed and enter all related charges on the patient’s SOAP note
- Sign off on the patient’s office visit in a timely manner
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (e.g. X-rays, MRIs) when necessary
- Document all elements of patient interaction appropriately
- Generate narrative reports, claims, correspondence and all other reports, as needed, in a timely manner
- Follow guidelines as per participating provider contracts and scope of practice
- Abide by all rules, regulations and policies established by Employer, including, but not limited to, those contained in Employer’s corporate compliance program and patient privacy standards
- Support Employer’s referral marketing efforts that are directly related to chiropractor’s primary location as is reasonable and as not to interfere with patient care responsibilities
- Engage in reasonable efforts to maintain and improve Employee’s professional skills
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college required
- State licensure to practice as a chiropractor
