Associate Chiropractor Opportunity – Glendora Practice
Position Overview
We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic clinic located in Glendora, currently expanding both our services and patient capacity. We’re looking to bring on an Associate Chiropractor who is motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent care while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Patient Evaluations: Conduct thorough new patient assessments, exams, and create effective, individualized care plans.
- Adjusting & Treatment: Provide hands-on chiropractic adjustments and supportive therapies with an emphasis on patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
- Diagnostics: Review and integrate imaging findings into patient care strategies.
- Charting & Compliance: Complete detailed and timely SOAP notes while maintaining accurate patient records.
- Insurance Knowledge: Apply proper ICD-10 coding and understand medical necessity to support clean billing and reimbursements.
- Patient Communication: Educate patients on care plans and the benefits of chiropractic and wellness services to improve engagement and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Doctor of Chiropractic license (in good standing)
- Experience in a clinical setting with the ability to manage steady patient volume
- Strong skills in patient exams, assessments, and care plan development
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Understanding of clinic workflow from front desk to billing processes
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
