Capabilities:

• Experience in analyzing and interpreting intelligence data to support mission objectives
• Prepares detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior government officials, including intelligence summaries, threat assessments, and strategic recommendations
• Demonstrates the ability to apply complex analytical methods and techniques to diverse sets of data
• Exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with experience preparing and presenting high-quality reports and briefings to senior officials
• Works within interagency and multidisciplinary teams
• Manages shifting priorities and emerging issues
• Utilizes strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to address complex and urgent issues effectively

Qualifications:

• AA Degree plus 7 years or B.A. Degree plus 5 years.
• Master's Degree plus 3 years or Doctorate plus 2 years. 

• Requires a degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Note that 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics may be equivalent to an Associate degree.

• Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to):  Sec , Net , CEH, JCAC course.  Don’t include mandatory annual NCS compliance training or short (less than 1 week) NCS courses.
• Foreign Language / Scores-Recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate proficiency level (e.g., Russian, L 2 / R 3)
