Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic with offices in Brownsville, TX, and Harlingen, TX is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time role offers a starting salary of $90,000 - $130,000 in the first year, depending on patient volume.
The associate will work 40 patient-facing hours per week, split between both locations, which are just a 20-minute drive apart. Each doctor operates their own practice within the clinic structure, benefiting from autonomy without the burden of overhead. On average, associates spend about an hour with each patient, seeing approximately 8 patients per day once onboarded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and analyzing patient history, performing soft tissue-based treatment, and recommending care plans
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing therapy, rehab, exercise instruction, and lifestyle/nutrition guidance
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Participating in community marketing activities such as spinal screenings, corporate talks, and networking events
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a valid Texas license (or eligibility)
- Open to new graduates and out-of-state candidates willing to license in TX
- Willingness to train in Airrosti’s soft tissue treatment model (fascial manipulation, ART, Graston techniques)
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Desire for long-term growth within a collaborative, rehab- and sports-focused environment
