Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Manufacturing Technicians for a contract opportunity in Hanover, MD.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
HS diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Able to read and follow established instructions and drawings without deviation
Able to perform basic math and measurement functions
Able to communicate nonconformances to management and quality assurance
Position Responsibilities
Build, process, and test subassemblies and assemblies
Interpret and follow established processes and procedures
Read and interpret technical documentation, such as prints, diagrams, specifications, manufacturer manuals, and engineering drawings
Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA and company policies
Willingness to work weekends as required
Willingness to work overtime as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience operating industrial equipment, such as precision measuring instruments
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Required Education
High school diploma (required)
School must be accredited

Pay: $31.95 per hour
