Job Title : Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Pay Rate : $ to $34.00
Duration : (6 months)
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a contract / hybrid opportunity based in one of the following locations : Crystal City, VA or Chantilly, VA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
o At least 2 years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on candidate closing and engagement o At least 2 years of staffing or agency recruiting experience o Knowledge and use of various sourcing tools & methodologies o Experience managing recruiting desk (scheduling and conducting phone screens, creating requisitions in Workday, and assisting with generating offers) o Ability to display and respond with a sense of urgency to sourcing request o Experience with sourcing and building talent pipelines, and developing new channels of sourcing for our various positions o Demonstrates an understanding of the external recruiting landscape o Demonstrate proficiency in ATS and CRM systems, displaying fast learning and agility o Ability to communicate and be persuasive and interpret our value proposition.
o Ability to successfully source and attract cleared and non-cleared passive external talent o Experience leveraging sourcing data in weekly conversations with hiring managers and People Acquisition leadership o Willing to travel occasionally to work location if required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
o Demonstrate advanced proficiency using WorkDay and Eightfold, displaying fast learning and agility o Direct experience sourcing cleared talent at all clearance levels o Established candidate pipeline / network
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
High school diploma / GED and school must be accredited.
