Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering strictly to recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, , and food prep tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas following food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and food production to support daily service needs and special catering events.
- Execute food handling procedures properly to ensure freshness and safety of all ingredients used.
- Support dietary department requirements by preparing specialized meals and understanding dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-volume production runs smoothly while maintaining quality control.
Qualifications
Previous Line cook Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
Previous Restaurant Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
