This is a full-time, on-site role in Boise, ID for a Collision Estimator/Body Shop Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating repair jobs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate estimates, managing customer communications, and working closely with insurance providers. The Manager will ensure quality control, supervise team performance, and maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in collision repair estimating, including familiarity with estimating software
- Strong organizational and management skills to oversee daily shop operations and workflow
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to assist clients and work with insurance companies
- Hands-on knowledge of collision repair and refinishing processes, including quality control
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in a body shop or collision repair management is preferred but not required
