Team members are responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing cookies according to Chip City’s recipes and quality standards, ensuring products are fresh, consistent, and visually appealing. Daily tasks include operating baking equipment, managing oven timing, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Cookie Crew members greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient service while helping manage line flow and restocking display cases.
