Your Role
As a Purchasing Representative you work closely with our sales team while being the heart of our supply chain, ensuring that we deliver top-notch electronic components to our clients. You’ll work closely with vendors, negotiate deals, and keep the engine running smoothly.
Your mission? Master the art of sourcing, maintain stellar supplier relationships, and make sure our sales team always have the components they need for our clients, right on time.
You will collaborate with our global offices to share real-time market insights and provide valuable feedback to the sales and management teams, ensuring they stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
What You Bring to the Table
- Industry Experience: You’ve got a strong background in purchasing, preferably in the electronic components world (mainly System Level Components and Integrated Circuits), and know your way around the global supply chain.
- Negotiation Skills: You thrive in negotiations and have a knack for finding the best deals while maintaining solid relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: You sweat the small stuff and always have your eye on quality and delivery times.
- Team Player: You’re a proactive communicator, ready to collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Fluent in English: Additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean are a big plus!
