Job Summary
Recognized as the largest independent real estate brokerage in Oklahoma, Chinowth & Cohen Realtors is seeking a positive, enthusiastic, customer-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be customer service focused, detail-oriented, and have previous office experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Perform audits of listing and sales documents
- Maintain filing system
- Exhibit professional conduct through email correspondence, phone, and in person
- Maintain positive working relationships with agents, staff, and managing broker
- Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Able to handle interruptions in day-to-day tasks without losing efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to type 30 words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of administrative assistant or related experience required
- Previous experience in real estate office preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to life up to 25 pounds
