Job Summary

Recognized as the largest independent real estate brokerage in Oklahoma, Chinowth & Cohen Realtors is seeking a positive, enthusiastic, customer-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be customer service focused, detail-oriented, and have previous office experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Perform audits of listing and sales documents
  • Maintain filing system
  • Exhibit professional conduct through email correspondence, phone, and in person
  • Maintain positive working relationships with agents, staff, and managing broker
  • Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Able to handle interruptions in day-to-day tasks without losing efficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of administrative assistant or related experience required
  • Previous experience in real estate office preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to life up to 25 pounds

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
