Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule Options:

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- Part-Time (Afternoons): Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview:
Camp Counselors are the heart of our day camp, responsible for ensuring campers have a safe, fun, and enriching experience each day. Whether full-time or part-time, counselors build meaningful relationships with campers, lead games and activities, and help foster a welcoming, inclusive camp environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with campers during all scheduled activities
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive camp culture
- Support smooth transitions between activities, meals, and pickup
- Communicate effectively with co-counselors, specialists, and camp leadership
- Ensure camper safety and wellbeing at all times
- Help with setup, cleanup, and daily organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude Mandarin proficiency
Priority will be given to applicants who can commit to at least 6 full weeks of camp, plus the mandatory training week (June 8–12).
Salary : $20 - $22
