Responsibilities
- Operate deep fryers and related machinery safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation tasks including packaging
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning the front
- Handle materials and equipment at the front counter and pick up customers when necessary
- Support regulatory compliance by following all legal standards related to food production, safety protocols, PPE use, and manufacturing SOPs.
- Assist in inventory management of ingredients and materials using material handling equipment while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members across the kitchen or production floor to uphold high standards of food safety management and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production and deep frying
- Demonstrated knowledge of food handling, and food processing procedures.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with basic mechanical knowledge of fryers and kitchen equipment.
- Strong communication abilities and proficiency in operating a POS system
- Lifting 20lbs objects and physical stamina for standing long hours is essential.
- Basic math skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on food safety management and regulatory compliance standards in production environments.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
