Sales Assistant
Summary of Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in sales support, contract execution, process management, revenue settlement, and customer service. Through efficient resource coordination and data analysis, ensure the smooth delivery of major client projects, timely revenue recognition, and standardized, compliant operations.
Major Job Duties
- Sales Support and Process Coordination: Assist the Sales Manager in opportunity entry, project initiation, bidding, and contract management; Follow up on contract approval, signing, and archiving in CRM/OA systems; Coordinate with Commercial, Delivery, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure business process completion.
- Contract and Revenue Management: Prepare quotations and business documents; Track contract execution, revenue recognition, and payment collection; support settlement and reconciliation processes; Maintain contract and revenue records to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency.
- Customer and Project Information Management: Maintain customer profiles and contact information; Consolidate key project information, provide feedback on customer needs and issues; Support the Sales Manager in customer analysis and strategy formulation.
- Business Analysis and Reporting: Collect and organize sales performance, contract execution, and payment progress data; Generate regular sales analysis reports to support management decision-making.
- System Operation and Process Optimization: Operate OA and sales-related management systems proficiently; Assist in process improvement and system enhancement to strengthen data integrity and transparency.
- Internal Support and Activity Coordination: Assist in organizing sales meetings, customer events, and training sessions; Follow up on meeting minutes and the implementation of action plans.
- Complete daily and special support tasks assigned by superiors.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Self-starter who can quickly contribute across various products and handle the increasing scope of responsibility.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and comfortable working with teams in different time zones
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, written, face-to-face, and over the phone with partners and co-workers
- Strong drives to achieve results and be enthusiastic and energetic
- Prior experience in sales support is preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin
