Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist with preparing and bagging pick-up orders
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about various entrees and food.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and enhance the overall restaurant experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash register operation is a plus.
