Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
Qualifications
- 1 year of upscale dining experience in a senior role desired
- Professional, driven, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability and open to working flexible hours
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culture is a plus

Our second floor showcases Eight Tables by George Chen, a special and intimate space with a seasonal eight-course Chinese tasting menu; and a craft cocktail bar and lounge. A third-floor banquet and event space tops off the offerings!
