Our Fireplace Service Technicians are paid on a profit share system with no limits to what you can make, success here looks like an enjoyable work life balance and a six figure income. Upon completion of the apprenticeship and company provided industry certification, our top service technicians can bring in $80,000-120,000 per year!
We aim to ensure your success by providing the tools you need like paid-training and education, company sponsored certification, tools and vehicle and benefits and excellent pay. You will be working inside and outside customers’ homes and businesses year- round. We have very little slow time and will provide a company vehicle.
Your responsibilities include…
- Providing our customers with high-quality service inspections and repairs and other solutions
- Working on ladders and lifting up to 80 pounds
- Servicing wood and gas hearth appliances
- Working hard to support the team around you and having fun!
Desired Qualities
- Confident, committed and energetic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous or Current Fireplace Service Experience Required
- Construction experience preferred
Experience in any of these areas is a plus!
- Construction Experience
- Sales Experience - to take advantage of upselling opportunities
- Chimney and Fireplace Industry Experience
