Join Chimney Cricket & Hometown Hearth as a Certified Chimney Sweep and help homeowners stay safe, warm, and informed. You’ll perform professional chimney inspections and cleanings, identify problems, and help customers understand their options for repairs or upgrades. If you take pride in your work, communicate well with customers, and enjoy both hands-on service and sales, we’d love to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform certified chimney sweeps and inspections
• Identify safety concerns, damage, or maintenance needs and explain them clearly to customers
• Recommend appropriate solutions, repairs, or upgrades
• Maintain accurate notes and service records
• Follow all safety standards and use specialized chimney tools
• Work with the team to ensure excellent service from start to finish
• Help customers understand the importance of regular chimney maintenance
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Chimney Sweep (CSIA or NCSG)
• 2–3 years of field experience
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A team player who’s also confident working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and interest in growing with the company
• Sales experience or a willingness to learn how to recommend solutions and close jobs
