What You’ll Do:
- Teach and support students using IEP-driven instruction
- Help students build functional life skills and independence
- Use positive behavior strategies within a highly supportive team
- Collaborate with assistants, clinicians, therapists & families
- Maintain MSDE certification and contribute to student growth daily
- Purpose-driven, deeply meaningful work
- Small, supportive school environment with strong teamwork
- Robust training and professional development
- Mission-led culture focused on dignity, respect & compassion
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or a closely related field
- Maryland Special Education License
- A collaborative, student-centered approach
