What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual Product Designer position at Chime?
About the role
Chime is seeking an experienced Product Designer to set the standard for craft, quality, and innovation for our design team. You'll help millions of Americans gain financial peace of mind as you bring Chime's product vision to life.
As a Product Designer, you'll be a craft and strategy leader for a team of makers, prototypers, innovators, and builders. You'll help design and create products that will disrupt the financial industry and empower our members to take control over their financial well-being.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $185,000 and up to $245,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco. Our in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
