Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with a strong foundation in various therapeutic approaches. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.
Income distribution is being left to the applicant as far as if they prefer a contracted position, hourly rate or percentage. All are methods are open to discussion at this time. Must be willing to work in person for the majority of clients. Benefits will also be taken into consideration for the right applicant.
Chime Mental Health holds a contract with a local food production company to provide mental health services on site. There is also a contract with the school district in Wells to provide on site mental health services to students.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to engage clients effectively and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on various therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and special education professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
Experience
- A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; licensure as an LPCC, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSGW
- Also open to a Psychologist
- Experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation methods and therapeutic interventions is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are crucial for success in this role.
