The candidate must be licensed in Illinois and in good standing. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year experience litigating workers' compensation claims but this is not required. Responsibilities
- Manage cases as a member of our team from start to finish
- Taking depositions and gathering of necessary evidence for favorable results
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, appeals, contracts, and other legal documents
- Defending claims before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission
Requirements
- Illinois license in good standing
- At least one year handling workers' compensation claims in Illinois
