Role Description

Chilton, Wilcox & Fortenberry (CWF) CPA firm is seeking experienced bookkeepers for our accounting services team who enjoy working in an ever-changing public accounting setting. This position includes bookkeeping & payroll duties for multiple clients. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills for use in inter-office and client interaction. CWF encourages our team to expand their knowledge and experience in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

·        2 or more years’ full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred

·        Maintain multiple client books in QuickBooks – bank & credit card reconciliation

·        Payroll processing and quarterly/annual payroll reporting

·        Familiar with sales tax filing & workers’ comp audits

·        Detail oriented with time management skills and a strong work ethic

·        Exceptional organizational skills and ability to collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless

transitions between departments to accomplish deadlines

Software Experience preferred

·        MS Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Excel

·        QuickBooks

·        Digital files in Adobe
