Responsibilities
- Determines the methods, techniques, devices and materials that are best suited for the surface finish
- Performs all prep and paint procedures and operations to ensure top quality finish
- Capable of refinishing to a level consistent to OEM finish without rework (no buffing, no runs, no dirt)
- Capable of disassembly and reassembly procedures
- Will be prepping projects for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, rust
- Remove accessories such as chrome or mirrors
- Select/operate correct spray gun for the material being applied
- Additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as parts of a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Valid drivers' license required.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willing and able to pass a thorough background check.
