Job Summary
- Responsible to ensure labor efficiency
- Understand touch time keys to keys
- Quality maintenance at every department, every level
- Tools for hard stops at each department
- Monitor and control material costs and ordering
- Check in with employees daily
- Perform routine safety walks ensuring that the facility is safe and up to code
- Sign off on all fire extinguishers, eye wash stations and other monitored safety logs required by the safety company/the business owner/the local and state regulatory agencies
- If/when emergencies do happen, contact Location Manager immediately and also to possibly report the incident to OSHA and/or regulatory agency as needed to document what happened
- Follow rules for documentation as directed
- Labor management. Ensure labor in all departments is flagged/allocated correctly to ensure that payroll goes smoothly. Check daily and communicate with the office administrator on any concerns
- We utilize CCC1 platforms for our estimating and management systems. Knowledge of Mitchell and other estimating platforms a plus.
- Must have knowledge to blueprint vehicles.
- Ability to create, implement and manage quality repair plans, including ECDs
- Ability to work in a fast and high production environment.
- Ability to build and lead teams to achieve location goals and targets.
- Experience to performance manage teammates to create a career path and professional growth.
- *I-car and/or ASE a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driving license and be insurable under our company automobile policy.
