OverviewThis outside sales position is a highly motivated self-starter responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts to include fleet, insurance, and dealer partners and beyond. This position is hybrid and requires 75% field work (site visits) and will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.Job DutiesInsurance agentsResponsible for in person insurance agent visits to follow up CAB digital campaigns.Provide advertising assets, KPI performance numbers, new store openings and growth.Support agency initiative through expos, recycled rides or other public facing events.New Car DealershipsResponsible for researching and developing new dealer partnerships.Manage KPI performance for dealer referred vehicles.Support dealer initiatives through expos, workshops or other public facing events.Fleet CompaniesResponsible for researching and developing new fleet partnerships.Manage KPI performance for fleet company referred vehicles.Support fleet company initiatives.EventsResponsible for researching and participating in local, insurance, dealer and other customer facing events to include:Grand openings for new locationsLocal community eventsInsurance sponsored golf tournaments and exposDealer shared customer eventsRequirementsMinimum 4 years sales/recruiting experienceIndustry experience is preferredExperience with auto insurance is preferredEducationBA/BS preferredSales experience can be in place of BA/BS degreeSales certs preferred
