We are looking for a gritty, entrepreneurial problem-solver to take complete ownership of an unorganized industrial facility. The first 6 months of this job require heavy, independent, and highly physical labor to completely declutter and restore order to the warehouse.

Phase 1: The Grind (Months 1 - 6)

You will be the primary warehouse employee on the floor. Your immediate goal is to take a chaotic space and get it organized and running smoothly.

• Heavy Lifting & Reorganization: Physically move, sort, and organize heavy industrial chillers, equipment, and parts.
• Facility Overhaul: Sweep, clear out debris, and optimize floor plans for maximum efficiency.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts daily.
• Self-Motivated & Autonomous: You thrive when given the freedom to manage your own day. While leadership is always available for support, you take the initiative to build out workflows and standard operating procedures rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Phase 2: The Digital Future (Month 6 and Beyond)

Once the physical facility is clean and structured, the job shifts heavily toward digital logistics and software-based automation (Note: We are implementing software automation, not robotic physical machinery).

• Digital Storefront Building: Help build out and manage our e-commerce storefront for parts and equipment.
• AI Part Identification & Pricing: Utilize modern AI tools to visually identify obscure machine parts, research market values, and establish pricing models.
• Tech Integration: Implement and manage computerized inventory software to track all assets seamlessly.
• Scale the Operation: As the warehouse's digital systems become fully operational and the business scales, your role will transition into higher-level facility and digital management.

What We Offer

• Starting Wage: $18.00 to $22.00 / hour (dependent on initial experience).
• Earn As You Learn (Career Trajectory): We want this to be a long-term career, not just a job. As you master our systems, complete the warehouse reorganization, and implement software/AI tools, your earning potential scales up to $28.00 / hour.
• Bonuses: Eligible for performance-based bonus pay after successful completion of your 90-day evaluation period.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with opportunities for flexible scheduling after your initial training period.
