What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tiki Boat Captains position at Chill Tikis Fort Lauderdale?
We are in search of Tiki Boat Captains at our Fort Lauderdale location.
Looking for outgoing, personable and responsible charter boat captains with a six-pack or Master License!
Compensation is $25-$30 hourly plus tips.

If you have boat tour experience and enjoy working with people, then we are looking for you. We offer very competitive wages tips, flexible scheduling, and an incredibly fun and unique work environment.
All applicants must be age 21 or over and able to pass a mandatory drug screening.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Boat preparation and maintenance
- On-boarding Customers- Loading coolers/riders, safety speech, etc.
- Customer Safety- ensuring all customers follow safety rules throughout tour, removing passengers when necessary, etc.
- Off-loading- help customers gather belongings and depart, clean boat, return to storage
- Safety oriented- Our #1 priority is customer safety. This requires a confident and strong individual who can enforce rules when necessary.
- Extremely good communication/customer service skills
