Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced bartender who is confident behind the bar, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You'll be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beer and wine, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and helping create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Experience in a craft cocktail program is highly preferred. We appreciate bartenders who understand proper technique, balance, presentation, and the importance of consistency, but we're also willing to invest in the right person who has a strong work ethic and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Execute house cocktail recipes and maintain high presentation standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service while building relationships with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and tabs.
• Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Assist servers and other team members during busy periods.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
• Help maintain a positive, professional team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Craft cocktail experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Ability to follow recipes with precision while maintaining speed during busy service.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Current alcohol server certification (or ability to obtain one if required).
