What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Utility position at Chili's?
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
To perform maintenance on restaurant property within assigned stores and to ensure timely and accurate completion
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Performs general construction, painting, and maintenance service, emergency repair, and cosmetic repair on restaurant property.
2. Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS
Ability to manage time and schedule and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate with restaurant personnel and supervisor regarding various job-related circumstances is essential.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Irregular hours. Occasional exposure to extreme weather situations..
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Individual must be physically capable of safely performing all job related tasks including climbing ladders, working on roofs, and working in and around all facilities and equipment. Frequent light to medium lifting, and occasional heavy lifting is required.
Active Driver License, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
