About the Job
- Looking for qualified managers for the Hawaii market. Currently 4 restaurants; Kapolei, Waikele, Mililani and Kahala; and willing to drive success at any of our locations.
- Uphold our standards of food-service and hospitality
- Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members
- State of the art procedures to manage all restaurant functions on our daily checklist
About You
- Preferred 2-3 year of management experience in the foodservice industry
- Self-motivated and positive with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to lead, coach, train, and inspire Team Members
